2024 Local Personnel
Duties and Responsibilities
Please note that those who are interested in applying must possess all of the following
qualifications: (a) incumbent judiciary employee, whether permanent, coterminous, casual, or contractual,
during the application period, bar preparations, and bar examinations; (b) fully vaccinated and have
received at least one booster dose against COVID-19; (c) not teaching in any law school or law review
centers at the time of application until the last bar examinations day; (d) has a Landbank account in one's
name; and (e) has no relatives within the 4th civil degree of consanguinity or affinity who will take the exam
in the same local testing center (LTC) where the personnel will serve.
For reference, the additional qualifications and projected duties and responsibilities of the Local
Personnel mentioned in our e-mail are found below:
Head Proctors (see Qualifications set out in the 1. Report to the Floor Supervisor all
first paragraph) matters relating to the physical
proctoring of the examinations; and
2. Supervise the Proctors assigned to
the same testing rooms.
Proctors (see Qualifications set out in the I. Report to the Head Proctor all
first paragraph) matters relating to the physical
proctoring of the examinations; and
2. Provide first-level assistance to the
examinees on tech matters, such as
ensuring WiFi connectivity,
providing passwords, etc.
Runners (see Qualifications set out in the Support staff for the core team
first paragraph) members, Floor Supervisors, Head
Proctors, and Proctors.
