How I wish that I had you

A mother was specially created by God.

She is a light that shines in the darkness.

Her heart is so pure and genuine.

My mother’s love is true, divine, and eternal.

It is a love that is incomparable and unmeasurable.

It was done with deep devotion, sacrifice, and pain.

The day I was born, I thought it was going to be happy.

I thought that I had a mother who was happy beside me.

But when morning came, you left me all alone.

Remembering you is easy, I do it every day.

But missing you is a heartache that never goes away.

I hold you tightly within my heart, and there you will remain.

Mom, twenty-one years have passed.

I never got a chance to say, I love you.

I never got a chance to say, I need you.

It hurts that you never said good-bye.

Where are you now? Please talk to me.

Show yourself in my dreams and let me see.

I know that can’t happen, no matter how much I try.

I hope you are happy wherever you are now.

I will always have you in my heart.

No matter how far the heavens above

I miss you, and I wish you were here beside me.

I hope you will be proud of me and my accomplishments.
