Dear Miss Jordan

I'm writing this letter seeking your permission to hold a meeting with the students of your school
(North Georgetown Secondary school) to discuss and inform the students about ABC Sports
Club . ABC Sports Club is a club created to encourage and help students have fun while learning
any sport of their choice. The sports that are featured in ABC Sports Club are Cricket,
Basketball, Football, Badminton, Tennis, swimming, climbing and so much more. ABc sports
club also provides many opportunities for its members such as offering scholarships , the
opportunity to meet famous people in the sports field , visit stadiums to watch different games
being played for example cricket . To be a member of the sports club is very simple. People
seeking to join must be between the ages of five to twenty years old, fill out a simple form and
the person will then become a member .

In the meeting four of our executives well be representing the club and having the discussion
on ABC sports club, its benefits, importance and how greatly it can impact their future , how
they can become a member , answer any questions asked by students ,and give them any other
information needed about the club. The students can even choose to fill out a membership form
and become a member right away. Many students might have heard about it but don't know
anything much about the club , the meeting will provide the students with a much deeper
knowledge on ABC Sports Club.
