with college authority letter during office hours and as per the following schedule

Note:-
1. Grade cards will be issued to authorized staff member of institute only, not to students.
2. All students have to collect the grade cards from institutes only till 26-07-2019.
3. GTU has provided the list of student of these grade card to institutes via email (Jul 15, 2019).
All institutes have to collect grade card within time limit and distribute to students. If any grade
card is missing, institute will acknowledge the same to till 30-07-2019.
