This section will describe the typical tasks involved in the proof of concept.

9.1 Preparation Steps

 Business and technical decision makers approve proof of concept scope and success criteria in
order to be able to justify the GhangorCloud purchase, pending business negotiations
 Confirm usability of GhangorCloud service that will be used for the PoC
 Confirm availability of administrators in order to make any changes to O365 for Journaling mode
(no impact to production systems)
 Delivery of any specific use cases to GhangorCloud in advance of arrival
