(Below mentioned various scenario are for reference of document verification during Stage-II. The below mentioned scenarios do not cover all the situations likely to be faced by ICG during document verification. Any other scenario
of mismatch will be dealt as per advertisement of CGEPT. The decision of ICG will be final during document verification at any stage of recruitment)

Note: (a) The above examples are few cases observed by ICG during document verification. The responsibility of having same & correct data in both online application and
original marksheet lies with the candidate such that the candidate has to provide adequate proof to establish the calculation of his percentage in qualifying examination i.e. Diploma
for Yantrik candidates.
(b) The important document to be uploaded in the application and produced during document verification (Stage II/ Stage III) by the candidate for establishing aggregate
percentage in Diploma is as follows (failing which the candidature will be cancelled): -

(i) The document of the Board explaining the procedure for calculation of aggregate percentage by considering all semesters/ considering all years/ not
considering few subjects/considering different weightage for different semesters/years.
(ii) Conversion formula for converting CGPA/ Grade into equivalent percentage.
(c) Marks/Percentage in Diploma filled in online application should be equal to the marks/percentage on the marksheet of the candidate.

Candidate should only apply the correct
conversion formula)

Note: (i) The rules for filling in the semester wise details will also be on similar lines as explained above for year wise result.
(ii) The candidates whose result is in the form of grade or CGPA should also follow the same rule as mentioned wherein they shall put in the marks of all the subject as considered by respective
Board for calculation of grade or CGPA. They are to mandatorily upload the conversion formula prior Stage-II as published on the ICG recruitment website or in candidate’s dashboard from time to
time. Non-upload of conversion formula prior Stage-II will lead to cancellation of candidature.
(iii) If the candidate has a diploma of only two years then he should be mandatorily passed in Class X as well as Class XII.
(iv) The above examples are few cases observed by ICG during document verification. The responsibility of having same & correct data in both online application and original marksheet lies with
the candidate such that the candidate has to provide adequate proof to establish the calculation of his percentage in qualifying examination i.e. Diploma in relevant trade. The important document
to be produced for establishing the same are Certified Conversion formula, Authority for some or all subjects considered by Board for calculating percentage (if applicable as per his marksheet),
considering all semesters, considering all years, not considering few subjects, considering different weightage for different semesters/years, etc.
