All cancellations must be made in writing. There will be no charge for cancellation received 14 or more working days before
the start of the programme. Cancellation received 7-13 working days before the start of the programme is subjected to a
cancellation fee of 50% of the course fees. Cancellation received 6 working days and below before the start of the
programme is subjected to cancellation fee of 100% of the course fees. If the participant fails to attend the programme, the
full course fees are payable. However, replacement can be accepted at no additional cost.

Trainer
MR KONASAIGRAN A/L ALAGAN holds a Master of Science from
University Waikato, New Zealand. He has since worked in the local university
embarked on research projects funded by the International Tin Council.
Subsequently, he joined a leading multi-national glass manufacturer and over
the past twenty five years, has worked in the production encompassing
productivity/process improvements, safety, Total Productive Maintenance,
waste elimination activities, quality, procurement and in the last six years in
Human Resources.
MR KONASAIGRAN’S areas of expertise are Quality, Safety, 5S and Forklift
Driving. He has developed and trained many supervisors / line leaders,
technicians, engineers and managers in 7QCC, Poka Yoke, Productivity and
Quality Management, Problem Solving Tools, 5S, Safety and Health
Awareness, HIRARC, Chemical Handling, Total Productive Maintenance,
Safe Forklift Driving and Safe Forklift and Reach Truck Driving and many
more.
