II. HIGHLIGHTS A. PRELIMINARIES

∙ The Activity started at 8:00 AM/PM, with a opening

prayer led by Mr. Joselito Chuy followed by the
singing of the Philippine National Anthem led by Mrs.
Nancy A. Sulit or thru an Audio Visual Presentation.

∙ The Master of Ceremony, Evelyn A. Tuarez,

acknowledged the local officials present (may list the
