Sub: Appointment Letter.

With reference to your interview, the management is pleased to appoint you on the
following terms & conditions:

1. Your contract of employment is for a stipulated period of one year from the date of
your joining or till the date when the contract of the management with Sarojit Kumar
Dey Country Spirit Bottling plant subsists, which ever is earlier and that your
employment will come to an end at the expiry of the above unless renewed or
extended in writing by the management and the parties will be at liberty to terminate
this contract by giving 24 hrs. notice to either side or wages in lieu of the above
notice.

2. You will be paid minimum wages of Rs.__________ per day and your other service
conditions, as applicable, will be governed as per the statutory rules.

3. You will not be entitled to wages in case of no work or stoppage of work or refusal of
work or refused to accept transfer and you will be paid proportionately less wages in
case of go slow or similar tactics.

4. As you are aware that the management is taking contract at different places, you can
be deputed to any of the establishment/company/firm/factory where the
management has taken the contract for doing certain jobs whether it is in town/any
where in India and hence their services will be at the assigned places for stipulated
period and thereafter if there is any requirement, you can be assigned the jobs by
further renewing or extending your contractual period in writing in the new and/or
old firm/company/factory and in the event that the contract with the management
ends and there is no work, your services will not be required.

5. You will act within the framework of organizational structures and the management
from time to time may lay down policies and directions as. During your tenure of
employment you will be governed by the rules of the company.

6. The management may transfer you for work in any section/department/assign from
time to time with different establishment/company where it has undertaken contract
work and, as it may consider necessary in its discretion from time to time.

7. You will be bound by any rules and regulations enforce by the management from
time to time in relation to contact, discipline, leave and holidays or on any matters
relating to service conditions which will be deemed as rules, regulations and order as
a part of the terms of your employment.
8. In the matters not herein satisfied, you will be governed by such rules and
regulations of the management as are enforce, will be enforce from time to time.

9. All the statutory rules, regulations and acts, which are applicable to our company in
accordance with law, will be made applicable in your case also if found otherwise
entitled to.

Sub: Appointment Letter.

With reference to your application dated_____________ and the subsequent


interview, we are pleased to appoint you in the post of ______________________________.

1. Your appointment has been made for a period of ________ months from the date of
joining purely on contractual basis and the period of contract may be extended
and/or renewed from time to time at the discretion of the management. Your
services will be liable to be terminated without specifying any reasons.

2. As you are aware that the company/firm is running its business on the basis of the
license granted by the Excise authorities, your services will automatically will come to
an end if not renewed by the management or on the termination of the Excise license
by the Excise authorities on any reason what-so-ever.

3. This appointment will not confer any right or entitlement of regulations of service
under the management on any circumstances what-so-ever since the management
itself functions and continues its business on the basis of the license granted by the
Excise authorities which are renewable after the expiry of the period of license and
on the non renewable of the Excise license by the Excise authorities, your service will
automatically come to an end.

4. You will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs.________ per month. The management
reserves the right to bifurcate the salary merging or bifurcating with any other
allowance/allowances.

5. As and when the company will be covered under any statutory rules and regulations
or act , you will also be covered under the same in accordance with law.

6. That you will follow the orders and/or instructions given to you by the management
from time to time and shall diligently and satisfactorily carry out such order and/or
instructions given to you by your superior and the management in connection with
the work assigned to you to the pose of your skill and ability.

7. You will strictly observe punctuality. You will employee yourself and will devote your
whole time to the work of the company and will not engage yourself directly or
indirectly in any service trade, business vocation or occupation etc.

8. That you will bear your own taxes and that all other statutory dues/liabilities as
applicable to you shall be deducted from your consolidated salary.
9. You will be bound by the rules and regulations enforce by the management from time
to time in relation to contact, discipline, leave holidays etc. or any matter relating to
Service conditions which will be deemed as rules regulations and orders as a part of
this terms of employment.

10. That your increments, promotions and/or demotions will demand at the sole
discretion of the management depending upon your efficiency, intelligence,
attendance, discipline, loyalty and good behavior and most of all will demand upon
and will be subject to the prosperity of the company/organization, if not otherwise
terminated, you will automatically retire without any notice on your reaching at the
age of 50 years.

11. Your date of birth as recorded at the time of your appointment with the company is
final and the said date will be considered as the authenticated date of birth for all
purposes through out your service period with the company.

12. In case the terms and conditions are acceptable to you, please sign in the duplicate
of this letter in taken of your having understood the aforesaid and having accepted
the said terms and conditions.
