Please be informed that the above referred Restoration Application was taken
up for hearing alongwith the application for Condonation of Delay by the Learned
Employee’s Insurance Court, West Bengal at Calcutta on 11.01.2012 when after
hearing the parties, the Learned Court was pleased to allow the applications and
restored the matter to its original file and number. Please further be informed that
the Learned Court has been pleased to fix the next date of hearing on 12.03.2012
for hearing of the main petition wherein the coverage of the academy has been
challenged.
