22.12.11 and 23.12.11 the above referred Restoration Application filed before the
Learned Employee’s Insurance Court, West Bengal at Calcutta in the ESI Case
no.96 of 1997 wherein coverage of the Society under The Employees’ State
Insurance Act, 1948 has been challenged, has been fixed on 11.01.12 for hearing
of the said Restoration Application along with the Application for condonation of
delay, when you are requested to appear.

You are further requested not to proceed and/or take any steps in respect of
