Please refer to your letter no. 844NH/233N/2015 dated 07.03.2024, submitting therewith
Change of scope for amounting to Rs. 11.15 Cr for the subject cited work.
2. During examination of the proposal following observations are made by Ministry:
i. If CoS is due to faulty DPR then action taken against DPR consultant may be indicated;
ii. Financial implication due to delay may be stated;
iii. Tender discount applied or not;
iv. Day wise delay statement with reasons and party responsible may be submitted.
3. In view of the above, it is requested to submit compliance of the above-mentioned
observations at the earliest.
