Answer the following question in short (Alternatives are to be noted):

15. (a) What is drift velocity?

(c) Deduce the relation 𝑖 = 𝑉𝑑 𝑒 𝑛 𝐴 (where symbols bear using meanings). A wire of diameter 5 mm is drawn from a piece of
copper. Another wire of diameter 2 mm is drawn from another piece of copper of same mass. Calculate the ratio of resistance of
the two wires.
