MUNICIPALITY OF BRYAMBANG BATAMBANG, PANGASINAN, PHILIPPINES "GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA FOR THE 410TH FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY OF BAYAMBANG: GRAND STREET PARADE ‘APRIL 01, 2024, MONDAY 1. Minimum Participation Requirement: Each group must have a minimum of 150 participants: it may consist of studenis, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders from the same institution. Participation contrioutes to the impact of reinforcing the importance of a diverse and active commurity. 2. Submission of Participant List: Prior to the event, each group must submit a list of names of their group. members, noted by the coach or school head. 3. Seed Money Allocation: The first 12 groups will receive Php75,000.00 as seed money. This fund is intended for the purchase of props and meals for their group during the parade. Note: The seed money allocation is exclusively for the initial 12 groups that have registered, and unfortunately, no additional funds will be provided for other groups or private individuals who wish to participate in the parade. 4. Props Requirement: Toenhance the visual impact and immersive experience of each group's presentation, costumes can be anything, and all props used by participants must glow in the dark or be illuminating, such as LED lights, glow-in-the-dark paints, glowing threads, neon fabrics, and other luminescent material. it is important to note that political campaigns, advertising, ang promotion are strictly prohibited; no harming of animals oF use of real fire is NOT allowed to ensure the safety of the event. 5. Call Time and Attendance: The call time is strictly 3:00 PM inside the Bayambang National High Schoo! field. Group members must be in complete attendance by this time. 4. Performance Guidelines: ‘Simple hand movements are permitted to showcase the glowing props during the parade. © EG Wivene 9 a =7.
