The First Party has acquired the schedule properties and in order to
avoid Misunderstandings/disputes in future among their family has
executed this MOU mutually.
NOW THIS MOU WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
1.The first party assured the second party that he is the sole and
absolute owner of the scheduled mentioned properties and has got
right to enter into this MOU. The parties herein assured each other
that they shall abide by the terms stated in this MOU and shall not
enter into any agreement/s, Sale Deed/ mortgage deeds with any
third party/s without consulting each other hereafter and shall
jointly execute the same if necessary in future.

SCHEDULE A PROPERTY-
All that Residential Semi- Finished Flat No.101, in the First Floor of
Aditya Purvaj Construction’s “GANESH NIVAS’’ , admeasuring 1909
Square Feet, including common area and one car parking, together
with undivided share of land measuring 70 Sq.Yds., or 58.53
Sq.Mts., out of total land admeasuring 700 Sq. Yds., in the property
bearing Door No.7-1-212/7 (Old H.No.7-1-212/F), in Part of Survey

Whereas the vendor is the absolute owner and possessor of
residential House No New 8-3-228/664/B ( old 8-3-228/664)
admeasuring 177 Sq Yards situated at Rahamathnagar Yousufguda
Hyderabad. (Which is more clearly mentioned at the schedule of
the property mentioned below).
Whereas the vendor has purchased the scheduled property through
a Agreement of Sale dt 27/09/2005 Notarized vide SL NO 6720
Page 86 dated 27/09/2005 and ever since from the date of its
purchase the vendor is in possession of the same uninterruptedly
from anyone .
The above said vendor has acquired the rights of the property as he
has represented to the Vendee that he has every right to execute
the present Sale Deed. The vendor has offered to sell the schedule
property for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) and
the Vendee has agreed to purchase the same.
In pursuance of the offer and acceptance of sale of the schedule
property for a total sale consideration of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees
Ten lakhs only) the vendee has already paid the total consideration
in installments out of his savings to the vendor and the vendor
hereby acknowledge the receipt of the same.
NOW THIS DEED OF SALE WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS :-
That in consideration of payment of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten
lakhs only) the Vendor herein agree and undertake to sell the
schedule property and that having received the complete above said
sale consideration the vendor has executed the present document.
The Vendor do hereby covenant with the Vendee that he has paid
taxes and other liabilities to the respective departments up to date
and that in case any amount is hereafter found due from the
Vendor, his taxes and other liabilities and out goings or any other
account what so ever in connection with the schedule of property
the same shall be paid by the Vendor. And further indemnify and
keep indemnified the Vendee for all losses or damages if any
suffered on that account. The Vendor hereby further covenant with
the Vendee that he shall, from time to time when ever called upon
by the Vendee do and execute further acts deeds and things what
so ever for further and more perfectly convene and assuring the
schedule of property and to and the use of Vendee and shall or may
