This pertains to your proposed projects amounting to ₱1,000,000.00 to be

funded under 20% Development Fund CY 2024.

In line with this, we are requesting your good office to submit your project
proposals as per attached template to ensure that the projects are in conformance with
the DILG mandates to the Local Government Unit (LGUs). Submission must be
complied on or before ______________ at the Office of the Municipal Planning &
Development Coordinator for review.

We are hoping for your immediate submission for inclusion in the 20%
Development Fund CY 2024 Priority Programs and Projects in the Annual
Investment Plan of the municipality.
