PATADON, KIDAPAWAN CITY HELD ON MAY 7, 2020 AT BARANGAY GYMNASIUM.

Call to Order:
The session was called to order at exactly 8:00 O’clock in the morning. Kgd. Abdila T.
Diagao led the invocation, followed by the singing of National Anthem.

Roll Call:
During the roll, there were Eight (8) member of the council were present, other present
were Bairamla D. Baclid, Brgy. Treasurer and Suraida D. Mangrar, Brgy. Record Keeper (BRK).

Reading and Consideration of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

There being no objection after reading the previous minutes of the meeting. Therefore,
the minutes of the previous meeting was approved and adopted.
Reading and Referral of Communication Receipt:
1. Letter dated May 5, 2020, CDC meeting .
Business of the Day:
1. Couple Pass
> Requirements: Barangay Certification, photocopy of Marriage Contract and OR/CR
of Motorcycle.
2. Courtesy Call
> NIA personnel appeared at Brgy. hall to inform the council that they will conduct
survey towards their project, Kidama Irrigation Project. Advised by the PB, Hon.
Jaynodin P. Isla, to wait for the peace and order to stable due to nearby conflict in
 Matalam area.

3. Assistance (Frontliners)
> City LGU gave 20 heads cull chicken, 6 trays XL egg intended for Frontliners.

4. Calamity Fund (Rice Assistance)

> 70% of BDRRMF CY-2020 was utilized amounting One Hundred Six Thousand Eight
Hundred Seventy-six pesos ( 106,876.00) to purchased 48.5 sacks of rice.
> SK Fund allocated for Ramadan Activity amounting One Hundred Ninety Thousand
Three Hundred Fifty-Eight pesos (190,358.00) was re-aligned also to purchased 86.50
sacks of rice.
> The Brgy. Council and SK Council purchased 135.11 sacks based on computation and
there were 645 families, every household would received 10 kilos of rice.
> Supplier Ruth and Ver Rice Mill and free delivery.
> It was carried by the body/no objection among the council.

Since no objection, comment, or clarification on the above matters, be it approved by the body.
