EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE 9th REGULAR SESSION OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL
OF PATADON, KIDAPAWAN CITY HELD ON MAY 6, 2021 AT 8:00 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING AT
BARANGAY SESSION HALL.

Call to Order:
The session was called to order at exactly 8:00 O’clock in the morning. Invocation was
led by Hon. Abdila T. Diagao followed by the singing of National Anthem.

Roll Call:
During the roll, yours truly recognized the presence of everyone in attendance, thus a
quorum was declared.

Reading and Consideration of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

There being no objection after reading the previous minutes of the session. Therefore,
the minutes of the previous session was approved and adopted.
Reading and Referral of Communication Receipt:

1. Memorandum No. 807 s, 2021 Meeting of PB and BAWASA President.

2. Letter dated 27 April 2021, Public Hearing, Office of the Sangguniang Panglungsod.

Business of the Day

1. Barangayan
 May 2, 2021 PNP Personnel hold a Barangayan Program, participated by the
Barangay Council and BPAT’s.
 The said activity conducted tree planting and medical checkup.
2. BADAC
 On May 28, 2021, PB Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla, SK Chairperson, Hon. Ishak P. Bandala
and yours truly attended the seminar on reactivation of Barangay Anti-Drugs
Council (BADAC)
3. Street Lights
 The relocation/ re-alignment of street lights was completed.

4. Road Concreting CY-2021

 Road concreting (single lane, 30 meters) at Purok 5 was started.
5. Supplemental Budget CY-2021 for Construction of Concrete Bleachers and
Rectification of Concrete Pedestal
 Supplemental Budget for CY 2021 amounting to P791,848.87 from continuing
balance of 20% EDP will be prepared with resolution.
6. Consultative Meeting
 May 4, 2021, consultative meeting between AMRES, MUSCHAIDA and AFPD.
 The said meeting was mediated by the Barangay Officials through the leadership
of PB, Hon. JAYNODIN P. ISLA.
7. Contingency Plan
 Contingency plan was submitted last May 5, 2021 and the designated evacuation
center in case of calamity was the barangay covered court.
8. EID’L FIT’R Celebration CY 2021
 Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials through the leadership of Hon. Ishak P.
Bandala made a resolution for fund appropriation from the council for the
aforesaid activity.

Others/ Announcement
1. Purok 1 Leader
 Hon. Haydeelyn D. Manalundong motioned that Abdul U. Mulod, Purok 1 leader,
was subject for termination due to the negligence of his duty.
 PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla said that the complaint of Hon. Haydeelyn D.
Manalundong should be subject for further discussion.
 2. School-Based Management (SBM) Validation
 PES Head Teacher, Zayra P. Maguling requested the Barangay Officials to
participate as being a stakeholder.

Since no objection, comment, or clarification on the above matters, be it approved by the

body.

Adjournment:
Having no other agenda to be discussed, upon motion by Hon. Anwar U. Talib, duly
seconded by the body, the session was adjourned at around 12:30 in the afternoon.
