Call to Order:
The session was called to order at exactly 8:00 O’clock in the morning. Mr. Guiamil Odin
led the invocation followed by the singing of National Anthem.
Roll Call:
During the roll, yours truly recognized the presence of everyone in attendance, thus a
quorum was declared.
Reading and Consideration of the Minutes of the Previous Session:
There being no objection after reading the previous minutes of the meeting. Therefore,
the minutes of the previous meeting was approved and adopted.

Reading and Referral of Communication Receipt:

1. Letter dated 4 April 2020 from CDRRMO regarding Water Supply Assessment Report
and Crop Damage
 2. JMC from DILG dated April 3, 2020, Implementation of Social Amelioration Program
(SAP).
Business of the Day:
1. Social Amelioration Card (SAC) Validation
 Random validation, Ms. Bairamla D. Baclid, Brgy. Treasurer attended the meeting
last April 14, 2020 concerning the availability of funds. According to her concern
agency would give an update upon the availability of cash assistance.
2. Calamity Fund
 Motioned by Kgd. Anwar U. Talib that Forty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Three &
75/100. (₱45,803.75) from Quick Response Fund (QRF) should be added to
BDRRMC CY-2020 amounting One Hundred Six Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-
Five (₱106,875.00) pesos, seconded by body.
 A motioned by Hon. Ishak P. Bandala, SK Chairperson, to query for the re-
programming the budget allocated for Ramadan activity amounting One Hundred
Ninety Thousand (₱190,000.00) pesos, seconded by body.

Other Matters/ Announcement:

1. PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla acknowledged Commanding Officer Mobile Force and gave
him time to expressed their intents. He encouraged the barangay officials to support
and cooperate and should be the model in observing the ECQ.
2. Motioned by Hon. Abdila T. Diagao, Committee on Agriculture Chairperson, to
provide materials towards drying such as: Trapal, rake (wood) etc…as a basis in
collecting fees and serve as an income generating project of barangay, seconded by
body.
Since no objection, comment, or clarification on the above matters, be it approved by the
body.

seconded by Hon. Solaiman D. Salik.
