CONDITION:
• The site/area must be free and cleared by customer before installation. Tadashitec reserves the right to refuse installation if the area has
not been cleared.
• The Customer must provide lighting & power needed for the installation of the storage racking system
• The Customer is responsible for the security of all equipment & materials delivered on site.
• Customer must see to it that the area where the racking to be installed upon is specifically designed to carry the load of the storage racks
& the items to be stored
• A company representative is required during the installation process for mobilization & proper coordination.
• Any unauthorized disassembly, re-installation or relocation of the storage racks that have been properly installed shall be charged
accordingly & may void the Product Warranty & Liability.

REMARK:
Please check the quotation & the layout (if any). Upon receipt of your Purchase Order Confirmation, we will treat
the above quotation no. _______ as final and correct and any claims, modifications, changes, or alteration on the
projects that deviate on the final quotation which is the basis of Purchase Order shall be quoted separately.
The prices are subject to current steel prices and shall reserve the right to revise the quoted price should there be a
change in steel prices.
