 Terms and Conditions
The participant (‘You’) agrees and acknowledge to the following terms and conditions for
participating in the training program (‘Program’) to be undertaken by KPMG, a company registered
under the laws of India and having its registered office at 1 st Floor Lodha Excelus, Apollo Mills
Compound, N.M Joshi Marg, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai – 400011.

1. The content of the Program and any training material, released to you in any form or medium
shall be supplied by us on the basis that it is for your benefit and information only and it shall not
be copied, referred to or disclosed, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. The
training shall be delivered on the basis that you shall not quote our name or reproduce our logo
in any form or medium without our prior written consent.
2. KPMG shall retain ownership as well as all rights (including but not being limited to the
copyright and all other intellectual property rights) over the content of the Program and the
training material, whether oral or tangible.
3. KPMG shall not be responsible and liable for any direct, consequential, special, indirect,
incidental, punitive or exemplary damages, costs, expenses or losses (including without
limitation, lost profits and opportunity costs) suffered by you or by any third party arising from or
in connection with the agreement.
4. Upon reasonable notice, KPMG reserves the right to postpone/cancel the Program for any
reasons. In case of cancellation of the Program, you may choose another batch or request for
refund of your participation fee. For avoidance of doubt, participation fee once paid to KPMG
shall not be refunded to you unless the Program is cancelled by KPMG. In such a case, the
participation fee (less any deductions as conveyed) will be refunded to you within reasonable
time frame. No interest shall be paid on this amount.
5. Upon reasonable notice, KPMG reserves the right to change the date, time and location of the
Program.
6. This agreement shall in all respects be subject to and governed by Indian law without
application of the conflict of laws principles and all disputes arising on any basis from or under
this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
7. By filling the enrollment form for the Program and by making the payment for the Program
either directly by yourself or by any other person/ entity on your behalf, you shall be deemed
to have accepted the terms mentioned hereinabove.
