Timetable for a 4th Grader

Monday to Friday

Morning Routine:

 6:00 AM - 6:10 AM: Wake up and freshen up


 6:10 AM - 6:30 AM: Breakfast
 6:30 AM - 6:45 AM: Get ready for school

School Hours:

 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM: School (includes short breaks and lunch break)

Afternoon Routine:

 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Return home and have a light snack


 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Homework and study time
 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Free play / Outdoor activities
 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Extracurricular activities (music, dance, sports, etc.)

Evening Routine:

 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Relaxation / Free time


 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM: TV / Screen time (moderate use)
 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner

Night Routine:

 7:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Family time / Reading


 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Preparation for the next day (pack school bag, lay out clothes, etc.)
 8:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Bedtime routine (brush teeth, story time)
 8:30 PM: Lights out, sleep

Weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

Morning Routine:

 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM: Wake up and freshen up

 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Free play / Outdoor activities / Sports

 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Rest / Nap time

 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Hobby time (art, craft, reading, etc.)


 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Playtime with friends / Siblings
 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Light study / Homework revision (if needed)
 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Screen time / TV

 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner and family time


 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Preparation for the next week (organizing study materials,
planning)
