EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE 13th REGULAR SESSION OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF
PATADON, KIDAPAWAN CITY HELD ON JULY 7, 2022 AT 8:00 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING AT
BARANGAY SESSION HALL.

Call to Order:
The session was called to order at exactly 8:00 O’clock in the morning. Invocation was
led by Hon. Solaiman D. Salik, followed by the singing of National Anthem.

Roll Call:
During the roll, all of the barangay officials were present, thus a quorum was declared.

Reading and Consideration of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

There being no objection after reading the previous minutes of the session. Therefore,
the minutes of the previous session was approved and adopted.

Reading and Referral of Communication Receipt

1. Letter from PSA, Request to conduct PHISYS Registration
Business of the Day
1. Voters Registration
 Registration of voters at COMELEC Kidapawan will be on July 20, 2022, allotted
schedule for our Barangay.

2. Police Post
 Our Barangay is under new police post which is PCP #3 located at existing police
station under P/LT Enriquez.

3. New Barangay Hall

 Building permit of new Barangay Hall is on process.

4. AIP 2023
 AIP for CY 2023 will be prepared as soon as possible. Barangay Development
Council (BDC) meeting will be conducted, possible projects are:
a. Concreting of pathway with canopy along Purok 7 to Patadon High School.
b. Drainage Canal at Purok 4.

5. Team Building
 Team Building of the SK Council with the Barangay Council depends on the approval
of SK Council.

6. Items Allocated from AIP 2022

 Purchased of the items that are budgeted in AIP 2022 such as; Motor Vehicle
(Ronda Patrol), PC Desktop Computer (2 Units), Printer and TV for Health Center.

Other Matters/Announcement:
Since no objection, comment, or clarification on the above matters, be it approved by the
body.

Adjournment:
Having no other agenda to be discussed, upon motion by Hon. Solaiman D. Salik, duly
seconded by the body, the session was adjourned at around 1:40 in the afternoon.
