EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE 14th REGULAR SESSION OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF
PATADON, KIDAPAWAN CITY HELD ON JULY 21, 2022 AT 8:00 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING AT
BARANGAY SESSION HALL.

Call to Order:
The session was called to order at exactly 8:00 O’clock in the morning. Invocation was
led by Hon. Solaiman D. Salik, followed by the singing of National Anthem.

Roll Call:
During the roll, all of the barangay officials were present, thus a quorum was declared.

Reading and Consideration of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

There being no objection after reading the previous minutes of the session. Therefore,
the minutes of the previous session was approved and adopted.

Reading and Referral of Communication Receipt

1. Letter from CSWDO, regarding on National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation.
2. Letter from Vice Mayor’s Office, Seminar on basic laws on KP Law.
3. Letter from RETROCULAR OPTICAL CLINIC.
4. Letter from COA, Provincial Satellite Office.
Business of the Day
1. Voter’s Registration
 Registration for the upcoming barangay election will be on July 20, 2022.
 Requirements for registration are; Valid ID, NBI Clearance, if none of the mentioned,
the COMELEC requires Affidavit of Identity.

2. Road Clearing
 Last July 19, 2022, PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla attended meeting on the continuation of
road clearing operation, he said from 4 lanes it becomes 6 lanes as advised by the
DPWH.

3. City Councilor District Assignment

 Barangay Patadon is under City Councilor, Hon. Carlo C. Agamon pursuant to the
information given by the City LGU.

4. Timpupo Festival 2022

 The aforesaid program will start on August 6, 2022 and it will end on August 18,
2022.
 There are several activities to be participate/celebrate like: Barangay Avenue
Ceremonial Flag Raising (40 Brgys.), Agricultural Trade Fair and Local Street Food
Exhibit Opening, Fruits Eat All You Can for a cause, Suroyan sa Kidapawan Live Band,
Book Launching of Proclivities “Stories from Kidapawan”, Itchyworms Live in
Kidapawan, Launching of Kidapawan Cultural Heritage Museum, Civic Military
Parade,Launching of Commemorative Stamp, Fruit Festival Thematic Street Dancing
Competition, Kainan ng Bayan, Lastly is the Fireworks Display.

5. Electrification (Solar Home System)

 PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla advised all Barangay Councilor to conduct listing of target
household-beneficiaries on their AOR for the Solar Home System and the
households without water connection.

6. 20% Development Fund

 The projects allocated are: Electrification amounting ₱49,985.00, Expansion of

existing Barangay Hall, Canopy of the Gym Bench and 50 Meters road concreting,
bidding is probably this last days of July 2022, Solar Dryer at Purok 6 is ongoing.
 It was agreed by the body that the Three projects will be done through one time
bidding through PhilGeps.

7. BDRRMC

 PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla advised Bairamla D. Baclid to get quotation at Emcor for the
procurement of ronda-patrol motor vehicle.

8. Adolescent Center
 Existing Barangay Hall will be utilized for Adolescent Center as agreed by the body
and allocated from SK fund amounting ₱50,000.00.
 9. Feeding Program
 In connection to the Nutrition Month, BLGU Patadon conducted a supplemental
feeding last July 19, 2022.

Other Matters/Announcement:
Since no objection, comment, or clarification on the above matters, be it approved by the
body.

Adjournment:
Having no other agenda to be discussed, upon motion by Hon. Solaiman D. Salik, duly
seconded by the body, the session was adjourned at around 1:40 in the afternoon.
