EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE 14th REGULAR SESSION OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL
OF PATADON, KIDAPAWAN CITY HELD ON JULY 15, 2021 AT 8:00 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING
AT BARANGAY SESSION HALL.

Call to Order:
The session was called to order at exactly 8:00 O’clock in the morning. Invocation was
led by Hon. Solaiman D. Salik followed by the singing of National Anthem.

Roll Call:
During the roll, all of the barangay officials were present, thus a quorum was declared.

Reading and Consideration of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

There being no objection after reading the previous minutes of the session. Therefore,
the minutes of the previous session was approved and adopted.

Reading and Referral of Communication Receipt:

1. Advisory/ Memorandum from DILG Office regarding on conduct of BADACS
Functionality Audit with FY 2019 and FY 2020 as the years under review.
2. Letter from Sangguniang Panlunsod dated July 8, 2021, conducting a Public Hearing
regarding Kidapawan City Cockfighting Code.
 3. Letter from City Treasurer’s Office dated July 14, 2021, regarding Conduct
Registration of Large Cattle.

Business of the Day

1. EID’L ADHA
 Celebration on Eid’l Adha will be on July 20, 2021, standard protocol will be strictly
implemented such as: wearing of face mask/ shield and social distancing.
 The said activity was allocated from SK fund amounting Forty Thousand
(₱40,000.00) pesos and Twenty-Five Thousand (₱25,000.00) pesos from Barangay
General Fund.

2. Annual Investment Plan (AIP) CY- 2022

 Finalization of Annual Investment Plan will be on 15 th Regular Session, August 5,
2021.
 PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla advised the Barangay Councilors to prepare their motion/
suggestion and proposals towards the development of the barangay.

3. Cash for Work (DSWD)

 PB, Hon. Jaynodin P. Isla informed the council about the information came from
City DSWD having Cash for Work Program (Communal Gardening Project).
 There were 10 beneficiaries, must be 21 years old and above, to be
recommended by the Barangay officials.
 ₱252.00/ day with duration of 10 days.

4. COVID- 19 Pandemic Emergency Relief Operation

 July 13, 2021, Provincial Government of Cotabato gave 11 sacks of rice assistance
for the fronliners of Barangay Patadon through City Vice Mayor, Hon. Jivy Roe
Bombeo.

5. BIR (Monthly Remittance Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld Expended)

 Present Administration of BLGU Patadon under the leadership of PB, Hon.
Jaynodin P. Isla paid the balance cash remittance to BIR amounting ₱9,200.00 for
the CY- 2015-2019 and voucher for the year 2020 amounting ₱11,669.40.

6. Drug Symposium
 SK Council through the leadership of Hon. Ishak P. Bandala, SK Chairperson will
be conducting a Drug Symposium this coming July 26, 2021.
 This activity was allocated from SK Fund and the target participants are youth of
Barangay Patadon.

7. Supplemental Feeding
 In connection with the celebration of Nutrition Month, BLGU- Patadon will
conduct a supplemental feeding on July 22, 2021, facilitated by the Barangay
Nutrition Scholar (BNS) Nelly S. Talembo assisted by the Barangay Health
Workers, (BHW’s).
 Source of Fund: Barangay Fund amounting ₱3,000.00.
 8. Blood-Letting Activity
 BLGU-Patadon will be conducting blood-letting this coming July 27, 2021.
 The said activity was allocated from barangay fund amounting ₱5,000.00.

9. College Assistance
 SK Council sponsored financial assistances for 18 college students amounting
₱30,000.00.
 SK Chairperson, Hon. Ishak P. Bandala said, each student will receive ₱1,500.00
and they can avail twice a year.

Since no objection, comment, or clarification on the above matters, be it approved by the

body.
Adjournment:
Having no other agenda to be discussed, upon motion by Hon. Anwar U. Talib, duly
seconded by the body, the session was adjourned at around 12:30 in the afternoon.
