RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF PANIANGAN

THROUGH THE HONORABLE PUNONG BARANGAY RENE S. FABRIA TO
ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE RENOVATION OF KALAHI STEEL FOOTBRIDGE
CONNECTING PUROK 2B AND PUROK 5, PANIANGAN, MANTICAO, MISAMIS
ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Steel footbridge connecting Purok 2B and Purok 5 has been found to be
damaged and needs to be repaired. There is an obvious inclination of the side of the bridge;

WHEREAS, Sports Development program is a vital program to be initiated by the

Barangay Government of Paniangan, Manticao, Misamis Oriental through the Sangguniang
Kabataan for the promotion of its development and physical fitness. This program enhances
health and vitality of our constituents and great contributing factor for the attainment of a
peaceful and progressive community.

WHEREAS, Sports tournaments are lined-up to highlight the events such as Inter-Purok
Basketball Tournament and Inter-Purok Volleyball Tournament for men and women categories;

WHEREAS, SK funds is not enough to cover necessary expenses unless realignment of

funds is made;

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, after due consideration of the matter, upon
motion of SK Chairman Wilmar A. Cañete which was duly seconded by Hon. Kag. Juliet G.
Cañete; it was,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to realign the aggregate amount of

₱26,000.00 from various appropriations and augment the same amount to Linggo ng Kabataan
Funds.

 RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the municipal office of
accounting, budget and other offices concerned for their reference;
