RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE PUNONG BARANGAY RENE S. FABRIA

AND THE BARANGAY TREASURER MRS. MARY JANE T. NOB, BOTH OF BARANGAY
PANIANGAN, AS JOINT SIGNATORIES OF THE DEMAND DEPOSIT WITH ACCOUNT NO.
0000-230000-013 OF BARANGAY PANIANGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF MANTICAO,
PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL WITH THE PHILIPPINE VETERANS BANK,
CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY BRANCH

WHEREARS, The Synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) 2023 was held
on October 30, 2023 determined the new set of officers;

WHEREAS, there is a new set of barangay officials in Barangay Paniangan;

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion of Hon. Kag. Juliet G. Cañete which was
duly seconded by Hon. Kag. Franklin I. Badelles, it was:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize the Honorable Punong Barangay Rene S.

Fabria and the Barangay Treasurer Mrs. Mary Jane T. Nob, both of Barangay Paniangan, as joint
signatories of the demand deposit with account no. 0000-230000-013 of Barangay Paniangan,
Municipality of Manticao, Province of Misamis Oriental with the Philippine Veterans Bank, Cagayan de
Oro City branch;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Philippine Veterans Bank and other
offices concerned for their reference;

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED 18 December 2023.
