LEARNING OBJECTIVES: At the end of the course, the participants are expected to:
1. To be able to understand the legal frameworks governing Protected Areas (PAs),
particularly focusing on the ENIPAS Act of 2018 (RA 11038);
2. To be able to follow step-by-step procedures for documenting, reporting, and filing
legal cases against violators of PA regulations, as outlined in RA 11038; and
3. To be able to enhance the capacity of PENRO, CENRO, and PAMO staff, as well as
PAMB members, in implementing PA laws to ensure compliance and prevent illegal
activities.
