RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF

MR. JAY ROMAN A. DUGAYO AS BARANGAY RECORD KEEPER (BRK) OF
BARANGAY PANIANGAN, MANTICAO, MISAMIS ORIENTAL EFFECTIVE
FEBRUARY 1, 2023

WHEREAS, upon due consideration of the appointment issued by the Punong Barangay Rene S.
Fabria dated February 1, 2023, re: appointing Mr. Jay Roman A. Dugayo as the new Barangay
Record Keeper of Barangay Paniangan, Manticao, Misamis Oriental, this Sanggunian finds that
the same is in conformity with the qualifications set for the position

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, after due consideration of the matter, upon motion
of Hon. Kag. Melita J. Antiquina which was jointly seconded by Hon. Kag. Juliet G. Cañete and
Hon. Kag. Emma T. Salumanda; it was,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, concurring the appointment of Mr. Jay Roman

A. Dugayo as the new Barangay Record Keeper of Barangay Paniangan, Manticao, Misamis
Oriental effective February 1, 2023;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Municipal Local

Government Operations Officer, and other concerned agencies/offices for their information.
