RESOLUTION DECLARING THE AMOUNT OF SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE

HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS & 00/100 (₱78,575.00) FROM THE 2018 PS-
HONORARIUM TO BARANGAY OFFICIALS (₱73,575.00) AND CASH GIFT
(₱5,000.00) AS SAVINGS AND FURTHER REALIGNING THE SAME SAVED
AMOUNT AND AUGMENT TO YEAR-END BONUS FOR THE BARANGAY
OFFICIALS OF PANIANGAN, MANTICAO, MISAMIS ORIENTAL

(Explanatory Notes)

WHEREAS, Barangay Paniangan has earned in an aggregate amount of ₱ 78,575.00 due

to the 6-months savings generated from the monthly honorarium (₱ 6,417.20) of the Punong
Barangay who is already an ABC President and Ex-Officio to the Sangguniang Bayan in the total
amount of ₱ 38,503.20; additionally, another 6-months savings due to the unpaid monthly
honorarium of the SK Chair from the period January, 2018 to June, 2018 in the total amount of ₱
35,071.80; and, finally, another savings generated due to the Cash Gift of the Punong Barangay
for 2018 in the amount of ₱ 5,000.00; thus, the total savings of ₱ 78,575.00;

WHEREAS, there is an appropriation for the Year-End Bonus to Barangay Officials

releasable by December, 2018 which is not enough for the required amount;

WHEREAS, the council has decided to declare the savings and realign the above-
declared savings amount to augment the same to Year-End Bonus;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Melita J. Antiquina which was duly seconded
by Hon. Carmelito D. Buzarang, it was:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Barangay, in

regular session, duly convened, to declare the amount of seventy-eight thousand five hundred

seventy-five pesos & 00/100 (₱ 78,575.00) as savings and realign the same saved amount to
augment to Year-End Bonus to Barangay Officials of Paniangan, Manticao, Misamis Oriental;

RESOLVED FURTHER, To furnish copy of this resolution to the Municipal Budget

Office, Municipal Accounting Office and other offices concerned for their reference;

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED 19 November 2018.
