RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL
THROUGH HON. GOVERNOR YEVGENY VINCENTE “Bambi” B. EMANO AND Hon.
PREXY ELIPE TO CONTINUE THE SERVICES OFFERED UNDER THE MISAMIS
ORIENTAL CARE SYSTEM (MisOr CareS) PROGRAM FOR THE MEANTIME PENDING
THE APPROVAL OF THE UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE OF THE NATIONAL
GOVERNMENT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

WHEREAS, It is the prime duty of the government to ensure the general welfare of the constituents and maintain
health and security of the people;

WHEREAS, the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental through Hon. Governor Yevgeny Vincente
“Bambi” B. Emano and Hon. President “Prexy” Elipe MisOr CareS services and programs has been successful in its goals
and aims which has been temporarily ceased which affects a large number of poor people;

WHEREAS, Province of Misamis Oriental where Barangay Paniangan belongs is composed of largely indigent
and poor people who cannot afford expensive medical services and attentions;

WHEREAS, the purpose of MisOr Cares is to develop sound health among the constituents and extending
medical services and supports to the constituents of the Province of Misamis Oriental especially those who belongs to the
lowest level of poverty;

WHEREAS, Residents of Barangay Paniangan truly trust the capacity of Hon. Governor Yevgeny Vincente
“Bambi” B. Emano and Hon. President “Prexy” Elipe of the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental;

WHEREAS, Universal Health Care as of now is not yet in its full implementation pending approval for its
purpose;

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, on motion of Hon. Kag. Bernard M. Aca-ac which was duly
seconded by Hon. Kag. Ludy D. Ello, it was:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to REQUEST THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF

MISAMIS ORIENTAL THROUGH HON. GOVERNOR YEVGENY VINCENTE “Bambi” B. EMANO AND
Hon. PREXY ELIPE TO CONTINUE THE SERVICES OFFERED UNDER THE MISAMIS ORIENTAL CARE
SYSTEM (MisOr CareS) PROGRAM FOR THE MEANTIME PENDING THE APPROVAL OF THE
UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
