Field Trips

The training course will include a site visit to a commercial building and/or industry building where a
test energy assessment will be performed with the course participants.

Both field trips will give you the first overview on how to prepare and conduct an audit in different
kind of buildings.

Lecturer

Fouzi Tabet is an international expert in Renewable energy

(RE) and energy efficiency (EE) with more than 18 years of
professional experience in Africa (Pan African University,
University of Tlemcen, SONATRACH, etc.), MENA region (GIZ)
and Europe (GIZ, EDF R&D, CNRS, DBFZ, DAIMLER, ANSYS,
etc.).
He worked as a research engineer, project manager, team
leader, trainer and professor.

He has been setting up and managing scientific cooperation

projects in the field of RE and EE focused on knowledge
transfer and capacity building in Africa and the MENA region.
Fouzi Tabet holds a PhD in RE as well as Master degrees in EE
and ICT.
