4.1. Description of first aid measures


First-aid measures after inhalation : Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Get medical attention.
First-aid measures after skin contact : Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Wash with plenty of soap and water. Wash
contaminated clothing before reuse.
First-aid measures after eye contact : Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy
to do. Continue rinsing. Get medical attention.
First-aid measures after ingestion : Rinse mouth out with water. Give 200 - 300 ml water to drink. Do not induce vomiting. Get
medical attention.

Methods for cleaning up : Small amounts: Take up liquid spill into absorbent material, e.g.: sand, saw dust. Large
amounts: Recover large spills by pumping.

Carry out operations in the open/under local exhaust/ventilation or with respiratory
protection. Avoid inhalation of vapours. Prevent the build-up of electrostatic charge.
Hygiene measures : Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Wash contaminated clothing before
reuse. Separate working clothes from town clothes. Launder separately. Always wash
hands after handling the product.
