6. **Project Management Support**:

- Preparing financial reports and documentation for stakeholders. Maintaining detailed records of project

8. **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:
- Ensuring that all financial practices comply with industry standards and regulations. Conducting regular
audits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments

9. **Client Liaison and Relationship Management**:
- Communicating effectively with clients regarding project costs and financial matters. Building and
maintaining strong client relationships. Addressing client concerns and ensuring client satisfaction with
financial management.

- Working closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals. Providing guidance
and support to junior QS staff. Facilitating collaboration and information sharing across the project team.
2. Salary and Comprehensive Benefits: In accordance with the provisions set forth in the employement
Labor Law, your annual gross salary is established at 30,000 pound (monthly salary of 2,500 pound). This
competitive compensation package excludes a provision for accommodation in a residence suitable to your

terminate this employment relationship with written notice. The specific durations of notice are outlined in
