Conditions
1. This Incentive and Contest scheme supersedes all previous schemes (If any).
2. This Project incentive scheme is for FY23-24.
3. Definitions:

a) Tax on incentive earned if any will be borne by the employee.

b) Incentives will be paid post the revenue is received by the organziation.

c) Incentives will be paid with the monthly salary cycle or per the project cycle.
d) This Incentive structure is effective from 1st March, 2023 to 31st March,
2024 till further notice.

e) Incentives are not payable on taxes and duties.

f) Management reserves the right to change the incentives.

g) For Revenue upto Rs. 2,50,00,000/- it should be of complete project or
individual Equipments(min order value Rs. 50,00,000/-). In a single order.
