Product Description Advantages

MCON MAGIC COAT S is an all-purpose, unique,
colourless, water repellent coating based on silicone.
It offers excellent resistance to positive pressures on
vertical surface. It provides 100% water repellency to
the external surface keeping the looks of the surface
as it is.
Areas of Application
It can be used on both exterior as well as interior,
cement plasters, exterior ceilings, asbestos sheets,
concrete and brick works.
External façade,Mineral plasters & paints
Prevents penetration of water into the surface
Protects against surface damage due to corrosion
Fungal resistance.
Breathable coating. Allows water vapor permeability
Offers resistance to high alkalinity.
Ready to use, brushable Dries under normal
atmospheric conditions.
Clear coating does not stain the treated surface.

Application Coverage
The surface of application must be brought to a 40 - 45 Sq.ft./ ltr in 2 coats
touch dry state.
Apply first coat of MCON MAGIC COAT S with a stiff Packing
nylon brush/roller into the substrate, to ensure that
