Product Description Advantages

MCON CRACK FILLER PASTE is an acrylic polymer
based white crack filler made of acrylic emulsion
polymer, properly selected graded fillers & additives.
It provides a strong bond with flexibility which
accommodates the cracks in the plaster and provides
a water-resistant surface with aesthetic appearance.
It gives bonding & waterproofing characteristics for
filling internal & external cracks in plaster.
Areas of Application
MCON CRACK FILLER PASTE is used for internal and
external plastered brick masonry wall cracks
(max.up to 5mm width crack)
Crack filler for plasters, IPS, cement sand screeds
and non-structural cracks.
MCON CRACK FILLER PASTE is used for RCC Surface
(max.up to 5mm width crack).
Shrinkage – Non - shrink even after cured.
Saving – Saves time, labour & energy.
Paintability – Easily paintable after one Day of
application.
Non-toxic – It is non-toxic hence user friendly.
Flexibility - Flexible, therefore does not crack &
accommodates minor movements in cracks.
Application advantage - Can be applied on damp
surfaces but not on cracks with running water.
Internal Crack Paint ability - Over coat-able by any
type of polymer based paints, after 24 hours.
Ease of application – Easy to apply by putty knife
similar to conventional putties.
VOC – Water-based with very low VOC hence
eco-friendly
Durability - Excellent resistance to UV &
atmospheric conditions

Application Instructions Coverage

Surface preparation 40 - 45 Rft Per Kg / 5 mm Cracks

Surface preparation is vital for effective adhesion Packing

and bonding of MCON CRACK FILLER PASTE.

dust particles, oil, grease and other dirt.
Moist or clean the surface with water 12 months from the date of manufacturing. Store in

warm water, immediately after use.
