Subject : Payment Irregularities ; Contemptible Staff

Dear Sir,
It’s been a long time since we 3 brothers got separated on 29/09/2022. And your
company was notified the same on 20/10/2022. All the necessary documents were
submitted to Mr. Raj Bahadur. Still, some amount was wrongly credited into my brother’s
(Sanjay Kumar Sahu) account and whenever I try to contact Mr. Rajbahadur, most times my
calls are ignored and especially nowadays Mr. Rajbahadur developed this new arrogance and
utter disrespect for me when the sole work he has is to manage relations with the landlords
and help them with the smooth functioning of our agreement.

It seems that your company is least interested in solving out problems and now I’m really
frustrated by this. The staff is a disgrace. Mr. Rajbahadur asked me to contact Mr. Brajesh
from accounts department so as to explain what all entries in the SOA are for.
First, Mr. Brajesh said that he’s in a holiday for a week so I did not disturb him. After a week,
he clearly asked me not to bother him again and he simply cannot explain the accounting to
me. And now sir, Mr. Rajbahadur is ignoring all of my calls and attempts to reach out for
help. My GST amount is pending since God knows when and there is no clarification or
rectification from any of your staff’s side. And as soon as a Financial Year is over, Mr.
Rajbahadur simply says that now we won’t be able to reimburse that amount because so
much time is spent and the company won’t reimburse that amount. It doesn’t work this way.

What I think is, either your company has a very pathetic staff hiring system or there is just so
much negligence from the management’s side that nothing gets sorted out.
Everytime I try to enquire something, someone is either too busy or on a holiday.
Some very talented peeps like Mr. Rajbahadur are ready to share a absurd spat but not
accounts or demands.

And trust me sir, all of this is pending since years. Not months but years.
Now, I cannot do much here. I give you 15 days from the date you receive this letter.
In that 15 days, I want my accounts checked. I want my Pending GST Amount credited to
my account. And I want all the Pending Rental Amount in these 15 days, no matter what.
If this is not taken care of, I’ll have to take over the installed tower, scrap it off and retrieve
my payment from there which’ll clearly terminate any of our agreement. And you yourself
will be responsible for all of this. PS. I’m also attaching a mail dated 3rd November ’23 .
