MUTUAL RELEASE AGREEMENT

This Mutual Release Agreement ("Agreement") is made on this {day} day of {month}, {year}, by and between
{party_one_name} ("First Party") and {party_two_name} ("Second Party"), both of whom reside in Karnataka,
India.

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the First Party and the Second Party were engaged to be married as of {engagement_date}; and

WHEREAS, the First Party and the Second Party have mutually decided to terminate their engagement and wish
to release each other from all claims, demands, and obligations related to or arising out of their engagement;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as
follows:

1. Mutual Release. That each party hereby releases and forever discharges the other party, their heirs, executors,
administrators, agents, and assigns, from all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, loss of
services, expenses, and compensation, on account of, or in any way growing out of, any and all known and
unknown personal injuries and property damage and claims thereof, which heretofore has been or which
hereafter may be sustained by either party in consequence of their engagement.

2. No Further Claims. That each party agrees that this Agreement constitutes a full and final release of all
claims, whether known or unknown, arising out of their engagement, and that this Agreement will be used in
any proceeding to dismiss any actions, claims, or demands that may be filed contrary to this Agreement.

3. Return of Property. That each party agrees to return all property, including but not limited to, engagement
rings, gifts, personal belongings, and any other items of personal property belonging to the other party, within
{number_of_days} days of the execution of this Agreement.

4. Non-Disparagement. That each party agrees to refrain from making any statements, written or oral, that
negatively reflect on the other party, their family, or their business interests.

5. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State
of Karnataka, India.

6. Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject
matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written, between the parties with
respect to such subject matter.
