The School of Liberal Studies at CMRU presents SEEK by
UNESCO, a Self-directed Emotional Learning program
focusing on empathy & kindness. Developed by UNESCO
MGIEP and rooted in Compassionate Integrity Training (CIT),
SEEK cultivates emotional intelligence, resilience,
interpersonal aptitude, and holistic systems-level thinking in
learners. Hosted on FramerSpace, an AI-powered,
GDPR-compliant learning platform, this course offers a
comprehensive approach to building emotional resiliency and
fostering compassionate attitudes, equipping participants
with vital skills for personal growth and positive societal
impact.

LEAP
The LEAP Program, initiated by CMR University, aids
students in learning to support each other, fostering
