his Corrigendum is being issued with ref-erence to Circr,rlar No. 27lT&LI3/Payi0l 12022-23158 (Dec.) dated01.07 -2023.
In AICTE Gazette Notifrcation dated March 2019, the 360" f'eedback is rnandatory requirement for promotion of

i6cumbcnt fhculty mernbers. Sonre of the Institutes could not irnplement 360o degree feedback mechanism for academic
scssiorrs 20lg-20 and2020-21 dr:e to COVID-19 pandernic situation, following to which tlris Council has received
representations fiom faculty members seeking exemption from 360'degree feedback for prornotion under 7'l'CPC for
two academic sessions viz,.20l9-20 and 2020-21 .

'[hc above issue was placed before the comrnittee of cxpefts tbr deliberations and the committee after detailed discussion
has recommelded tlrat oply the two acadenric sessions viz.. 2019-20 and 2020-21 rnay be exernpted frorn 360" degree
f'ecdback as prescribed vide AICTE 7'h CPC RegLrlatiorrs 2019.

All the AICTE approved Institutions are requested to comply with the above.
