CAMP FOR THE END OF SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024

1. In reference to the DepEd Memorandum DM-OUCT-2024-097 – Specific

Guidelines for the Effective Implementation of the National Learning Camp and
Other Activities for the 2024 End-of-School-Year (EOSY) Break, there shall be an
Orientation for the Teacher-Volunteers on the National Learning Camp on May 24,
2024 at 9:00AM at the Conference Room.

2. Agenda to be discussed are:

A. Incentives for Learning Camp Volunteers,

B. Designation of teacher-volunteers,
C. Final List of Pupils for each camp of Grade 1-3
D. Class Programs for each camp of grade level,
E. Teachers’ Program,
F. Planning on the production of learning materials for Reading and Math,
G. Monitoring of Teacher-Volunteers’ attendance,
H. Conduct of Parents Orientation
I. Other matters
3. Attendance of all concerned is a must.
