Mutual Right-of-Way Agreement

This Mutual Right-of-Way Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date],
by and between:

Background:

WHEREAS, First Party is the owner of certain real property located at [Address of First

WHEREAS, the properties of the First Party and the Second Party are adjacent and it is
mutually beneficial for both parties to establish a right-of-way for the purpose of [Describe

contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Grant of Right-of-Way:
