selection process in the Annexure. We request you to inform the shortlisted candidates about the
Personal Interview which is scheduled as per details given below.

Candidate shall bring the originals of the following documents while coming for the Personal
Interview and also upload the same in the ‘FedRecruit’ Mobile App.

 10th Mark list

 12th Mark list
 Graduation Mark lists (Semester / Year wise mark lists)
 Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate / PAN Card / Passport / Driving License)
 Proof of Address (Aadhar / Passport / Driving License / Voter ID)
 College ID Card
 College Certificate and College Declaration (Formats attached).
 Other relevant certificates, if any.

Note:

 The Campus Program Handout is attached. Candidates should ensure that they are eligible
to participate in the selection process as per the eligibility criteria stipulated by the Bank
and should complete the document submission adhering to the timeline.
 In case the candidate is yet to receive Semester wise mark lists, candidate should upload the
screenshot / image of the individual semester / year from the Exam Portal / Student
Information Portal. The image should be clear and also should cover the Name and Roll
Number of the Candidate.
 Candidate has to upload the documents (College Certificate & College Declaration) in the
Fed Recruit App after getting it duly signed by the competent authority. Competent
authority shall sign the documents mentioning Name and Designation after verifying the
details.
 In case the relevant field is not found in the Fed Recruit App, candidates can upload the
documents under ‘Supporting Document’ section.
