You will be engaged effectively from the date of joining, which shall be on or

Your Annual Total Cost To Company is Rs. 327,000/- per Annum.

Performance Bonus:
The company at its discretion will be providing performance bonus to employees based
on the individual performance of the employee and also on the performance of the
company.

 Working Hours, Holidays and Leaves:
 You will work 5 days a week i.e. Monday to Friday, starting at 9:30 a.m. and ending
at 06:30 p.m.
 Employees are provided with the opportunity to take leave as per the Company
policy.
 Except for emergencies and medical reasons leave will be granted only on 3 days
prior notice and approval by your managers.
Responsibilities:
In view of your engagement to the company, you must effectively perform to Ensure
results and you will be expected to work extra hours to achieve the set targets, whenever
the assignment(s) so require(s).
Transfer and Deputation:
Your engagement may entail transfer to any other location, department, establishment,
sister company or branch of the company anywhere in the world, without any change in
terms and conditions of engagement at the sole discretion of the company.
Indemnity Bond for Training / Foreign Deputation:
The company will be spending substantial time and money on your training/deputation
assignment outside India. In the event of any breach committed by you after the
training/deputation assignment outside India. You shall indemnify the company for a
sum, which shall determine before beginning the deputation/deputation outside India
towards direct costs, which the company would incur on your training/deputation
outside India.
Travel:
You will be required to undertake travel on company work, and you will be paid travel
expenses for this as per the company rules.
Confidential Information:
You will not at any time without the consent of the CEO or any other nominated
representation of the company, disclose or divulge or make public except on legal
obligations any information regarding the company’s affairs or administration or research
carried out whether the same may be confined to you or become known to you in the
course of your service or otherwise.

 Termination:
 Either party may terminate the employment by providing 30 days’ notice in prior.
 On termination of your employment with the company irrespective of the
circumstances, you are bound to return to the company:
Any material items belonging to the Company in your possession, including but not
limited to Intellectual property (documentation, software, email correspondence) and
any other information required for the continued execution of the duties of your role
(login credentials, business contact information).
Required Documents:
You are required to submit the following documents to HR at the time of your joining:
 A copy of offer letter
 Original and photocopies of educational certificates and mark sheets
 Three passport size and one stamp size colored photograph
 Proof of address
 Experience/ relieving letters from your previous organization
 Salary certificate and latest salary slips from your previous organization

You acknowledge that this offer letter, (along with the final form of any referenced
documents), represents the entire agreement between you and Agon IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
and that no verbal or written agreements, promises or representations that are not
specifically stated in this offer will be binding upon Agon IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd..
