**Week 1-2: Introduction and Basic Skills**

mental challenges the players may face will contribute to their overall development.

These seven weeks training matrix for Sepak Takraw covers a range of essential skills and strategies,
focusing on specialized positions and mental training as well as physical fitness. It should provide a solid
foundation for players looking to improve their game.
