How do we know if I have been accepted?
Registration does not mean acceptance. You will be notified by email if you are accepted into the Schneider Global Student Experience by 1st July 2024 (11:59pm US
Eastern Time). Please check your junk mail inbox!

Is this the same as an internship, traineeship, graduate role, apprenticeship, VIE or Co-op?
No, this is not the same as an internship, traineeship, graduate roles, apprenticeships, VIE, Co-op opportunities. However, the Schneider Global Student Experience
does provide participants with an opportunity to learn about Schneider Electric and discover potential career paths, e.g., a career in sales & marketing, services,
sustainability as a business, digital for your career, or supply chain. Participating in this experience will make you eligible to be part of the Schneider Electric Talent
Community and keep up to date with the latest news and events, including advertised recruitment opportunities that may become present in your location.

What languages are available for this experience?


This Schneider Global Student Experience will be conducted in English, a proficient level of English reading and writing will be needed to complete this program.

Can we register for the Global Virtual Student Experience even though I have applied for another program or role at
Schneider Electric?
Yes, you can. The Schneider Global Student Experience is separate from the other early career programs that we offer. Please visit se.com/careers to see open roles
and who is offering internships, traineeship, graduate roles, apprenticeships, VIE, Co-op opportunities.

I have a technical issue / general questions whilst participating in the experience, who should I contact?
Message us through the Agorize chat function. We will be available to answer any queries you may have between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm US Eastern Time,
Monday to Friday (except on US public holidays).

How long will this experience take?


The Schneider Global Student Experience is approximately 10-15 hours of self-paced e-learning over 6 weeks.

What's the timeline?


• Registrations are open from 3rd June 2024 and close 17th June 2024 (11:59pm US Eastern Time).
• You will be notified if you have been successful or not to participate in the experience by 1st July 2024 (11:59pm US Eastern Time).
• Phase 1 (Online Learning) runs between 1st July 2024 until 19th July 2024 (11:59pm US Eastern Time).
• Phase 2 (Project Simulation) runs between 22nd July 2024 until 9th August 2024 (11:59pm US Eastern Time).
• Feedback and a certificate of completion will be provided by 27h September 2024 (11:59pm US Eastern Time). This will only apply to participants who successfully
complete all phases.

Can we choose only one of the phases?


• You can choose to complete only one phase, but this means you did not complete the experience.
• We consider a full Schneider Global Student Experience as the completion of phase 1 and 2 by the deadline of 9 th August 2024 (11:59pm US Eastern Time). You will
not receive feedback or a certificate unless you have met the requirements.

Can we choose to participate in multiple learning tracks?


• No, you can only choose to participate in one learning track.
• You cannot change learning tracks after you have registered or been accepted to the experience.
• Please make sure when registering that you select the learning track that you would like to do, as no changes after registration is possible.

Are extensions allowed?


• No, extensions will not be granted for registrations or for any of the stages of the experience.

What types of courses can we expect?
The Schneider Global Student Experience consists of e-learning modules and an online project simulation. There are currently 5 learning pathways to choose from:
1. Sales & Marketing: Discover our customers and partners, understand the value chain and learn how to influence a business. For all those seeking a basic knowledge and
understanding of selling.

2. Services: Learn about how Schneider Electric maintains and improves system reliability, productivity, comfort and efficiency. We provide a sneak peek into our services business
including our power, automation and control, and building life cycle service solutions.

3. Supply Chain: Understand how to meet the challenges of today’s digital economy, where customers want both products and services quickly and tailored to their unique
specifications, and how Schneider Electric have fundamentally reimagined our Digital Supply Chain.

4. Digital for your career: While it’s important to have the right set of digital skills in the context of our jobs today, it’s also crucial for all of us to be future-ready and up to date to become
true Digital Citizens. This track explores the 6 key skills Schneider Electric has identified for future digital careers.

5. Sustainability as a Business: The Schneider Electric team keeps their eyes on the future of energy management and corporate sustainability. Explore the hottest topics and trends,
and the breadth of solutions as part of this learning track.

Who is providing us feedback?


• Feedback will be provided to students who complete both phase 1 and 2 of the experience by 9 th August 2024 (11:59pm US Eastern Time).
• Feedback will be given by Schneider Electric experts local to your country by 27th September 2024 (11:59pm US Eastern Time), e.g. If you are a student participating
from France, then you will receive feedback from a Schneider Electric expert in France.

Can anyone participate? What countries is this experience available in?


The Schneider Global Student Experience is open to students from all countries. There are only a limited number of spots available across the globe. We will review the
resume you’ve submitted to ensure the best fit with the Schneider Global Student Experience.

What are the eligibility requirements to participate?


To be eligible to participate you must be a student that is currently enrolled in university or college and studying an undergraduate or post-graduate degree. If you have an
interest in either sales & marketing, services, sustainability, digital/IT or supply chain we encourage you to participate. We are only accepting students with a graduation
date after November 2024 and up until December 2026. You must be proficient in English (written & spoken) in order to participate, as the learning tracks will be
conducted in English.

How often do you run this experience?
The Schneider Global Student Experience is planned to run once a year, registrations open from June, with students accepted into the experience in July each year.
The main learning portion of the experience runs across the months of July through to August, and feedback and certificates distributed in September.

How is this student experience run? Is it all online? are there specific times to participate?
The Schneider Global Student Experience is run online and consists of two phases.
• Phase 1 (Online Learning) consists of online e-learning modules through our Schneider Electric University
• Phase 2 (Project Simulation) consists of an online project simulation. Upon successful completion of both phases, students will be eligible to receive feedback
and be awarded a certificate of completion.

Can I put this on my resume?


• Students who successfully complete all phases of the Schneider Global Student Experience will be awarded with a certificate of completion, that can be used
to help build their resume.
• Reminder: this is not the same as an internship, traineeship, graduate roles, apprenticeships, VIE, Co-op opportunities.

Do I get a job at the end of this? Does this lead to an actual internship?
The Schneider Global Student Experience does not guarantee the participant a job or internship, traineeship, graduate roles, apprenticeships, VIE, Co-op afterward.
However, you will be considered as a potential candidate for any future campus recruitment initiatives at Schneider Electric local to your country. For more
