Namaste!
We are writing to give you an update on the purchase of school uniforms for the academic year
2024-25. The instructions mentioned in this document are relevant only to the existing students
of The Shri Ram Academy (TSRA).

Uniform Trials:
We are pleased to announce that uniform trials will be conducted from 16th May to 23rd May at
the TSRA Campus. These trials are essential to ensure the correct sizing for your child. The
designated uniform trial areas are:

• Admin Block Infirmary - Girls

• Admin Block Uniforms Store - Boys

Our staff will be available to assist you throughout the process. The timings are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00
p.m.

Ordering Process:
At the designated areas, you will receive a size chart note to allow you to note down the
measurements of your child during the uniform trials. You can then conveniently place your order
online using the tabs provided by the portal.

These tabs will be accessible after the trials, ensuring that you can place orders based on the
accurate sizing obtained during the trials from May 16, 2024.
Please note that you might have to add your children to the account (after logging in) using their
admission no. We are aware that you would’ve already added them last year. However, you will
have to add them again as they are moving to a new grade.

Last Date to Order:

Please note that the last date to place uniform orders is May 25, 2024. Orders can be placed after
this date, but this will result in a delay in delivering the uniforms. We strongly recommend placing
your order within the specified timeline to avoid any inconvenience.
Uniform Delivery:
Parents who have successfully placed their orders and completed the size check will receive the
uniforms by the last week of June. Our aim is to deliver the uniforms well in advance of the new
academic year, enabling students to wear the school uniform proudly starting from July 10, 2024.

Delivery Address:
All uniforms will be delivered to the parents' registered residential address. Please ensure that the
address provided during the ordering process is accurate and up to date.

Exchange Policy:
We understand that discrepancies may occasionally occur with uniform deliveries. In such cases,
we encourage you to reach out to our school store, where the staff will assist you in addressing any
concerns you may have.
We hope this information clarifies the uniform trials and ordering process. If you have any further

Note:
We understand that some parents might not be available to visit the school during the designated
uniform trial days (16 to 23 May 2024). These parents may visit the school any day (Monday to
Saturday) after 23 May 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. However, any delay in visiting the school
will result in a delay in receiving the school uniforms. Hence, we strongly urge parents to visit the
school as soon as possible for uniform trials.
