• M.S. Grills - The M.S. Grill shall be prepared as per the drawing. The grill shall be fabricated to the
designs and patterns shown in the drawings and the weight shall be as directed, and the joints shall be
reverted or welded as shown in the plan or as directed
• The grill so formed shall be fixed into the frames of the windows etc. before they are erected in
position. The outside strip frame of the grill shall be housed to its full thickness into the recess cut into
the frame of the windows etc. The grill shall be fixed to the frame with number of bolts and nuts or
screws viz. bolt nut/screw per 30 cm. of the length of outer strip subject to minimum of 2 Nos. on each
side of the frame or as indicated in the drawing or as directed.
• The bolts and nuts or screws shall be counter sunk and shall be fixed with the top of their heads flush
with the face of the frame. Grill shall be supplied with red oxide coat on it.
• Grill should be finished with (Asian Paint- code L161) two coats of oil paint.

Vitrified Flooring Matrix White Tiles - Providing & laying Vitrified tiles of 10mm thick of Kajaria, Jhonson,
Nitco, Somani, Asian or Euro make in flooring laid on bed of 20 mm (Average) base of cement mortar 1:6
(1 Cement : 6 Coarse sand) on new surface or fixing on existing flooring by adhesive material including
dismantling of existing flooring and jointed with color cement slurry including finished with flush pointing
& cleaning the surface etc. complete.

Vitrified Dado Tiles - 2 mm thick plaster of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mix of as
specified shall be applied and allowed to harden. The plaster shall be roughened with wire brushes or by
scratching diagonal at closed intervals.
The tiles should be soaked in water, washed clean, and a coat of cement slurry applied liberally at the
back of tiles and set in the bedding mortar. The tiles shall be tamped and corrected to proper plane and
lines. The tiles shall be set in the required pattern and jointed.
The joints shall be as fine as possible. Top of skirting or dado shall be truly horizontal and joints truly
vertical except where otherwise indicated. Odd size/cut size of tile shall be adjusted at bottom to take
care of slope of the flooring. Skirting and dado shall rest on the top of the flooring.

Where full size tiles cannot be fixed these shall be cut (sawn) to the required size and their edges rubbed
smooth. Skirting /dado shall not project from the finished “surface of wall” by more than the tile
thickness, undulations if any shall be adjusted in wall. The joints shall be cleaned off the grey cement
grout with wire/coir brush or trowel to a depth of 2 mm to 3 mm and all dust and loose mortar removed.
Joints shall then be flush pointed with white cement added with pigments if required to match the color
of tiles. The work shall then be kept wet for 7 days. After curing, the surface shall be washed and finished
clean. The finished work shall not sound hollow when tapped with a wooden mallet.

• Granite Frames - Providing & laying granite slab 18mm thick in Window-Door seal Frame Etc laid on
10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) with necessary adhesive material and
finished with flush pointing in white or colour cement, including rubbing & polishing use chemical for
fixing the granite slab with epoxy spacer filling in joint (Pedilite,Leticat) including anchor fastener
comp.

Providing & fixing G.I. perimeter channels 0.55 mm thick 20mmx30mm,web size 27mm along
perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/partition with nylon sleeves & screws. Suspending G.I.
intermediate channels size 45 mm,0.9 mm thick, flanges of size15mm each from the soffit 1220mm
c/c with ceiling angle 25 x10mm x 0.55mm thick fixed to soffit G.I. cleat & steel expansion fasteners.
• Ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having web of 51.5mm & flanges 26 mm each lips 10.5 mm fixed to
intermediate channel with connecting clips & perpendicular to int channel @ 457mm c/c.12.5 mm
tapered edge Plaster board ( IS 2095-1982 ) screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm dry wall screws

• Material used should be of Gyproc By Saint Gobain for frame work and board.

paper tape and 2 coats of dry wall top coat suitable for gypboard
• Rates to be inclusive of providing angle bead /edge bead to provide protection to gypsum edges.

• Providing and fixing of false ceiling of 600mmx 600mmx12mm armstrong mineral fiber ceiling tiles laid
on arm strong prelude XL exposed grid systems with 9mm wide T Section flanges colour white. The
frame work comprise of main runner spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffit
approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers (GI wire) to be fixed by approved roof plug
and screws etc.
• The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm. from the adjacent
wall. flush fitting 1200mm. along cross tees (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main
runners at 600mm. c/c to form 1200x600mm modules. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm to be
supported independently. 600mmx600mm modules to be formed by fittings 600mm long flush fitting
cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees.
• Perimeter trim to be arm strong wall angle secured to walls at 450mm. maximum centers
