With your significant contribution(s) of being part of a group, how did it contribute to your
personal growth and development?
Student’s Answer:

When you're part of a group, you have to do a lot of work and take on a lot of responsibility because
your choices could affect the whole group. It is feasible to assist a person in growing and developing, in
addition to helping the community as a whole, because of the innate skill sets, skills, qualities, features,
and behaviors that a person possesses. You can enhance your abilities, learn new things, and get new
experiences by participating in the group, all of which can help your professional life and personal
development.

I learned how to talk properly and successfully to any audience, which encouraged my growth and
development. It allows you to flirt with the audience when necessary and will enable them to express
themselves freely. Some abilities may seem small, yet it takes time and effort to master them. Developing
these talents while contributing to the group is fun since you have many options, such as stages, practical
practices, demonstrations, tutoring, and instruction.

I have grown most of my skill sets to a reasonable level in most organizations I am a part of. I
pursued this growth and development since it would benefit me in the long run, particularly in my work.
However, these skill sets were only established due to my vital contributions to the organization. As a
result, I made contributions that will assist my group and me in improving and expanding the organization.
Running away with a mindset similar to mine is extraordinarily demanding, but it was ultimately
beneficial. You have the opportunity to experience, gain knowledge, and enjoy yourself.
